eLearning, 2023; Recycling in the Workplace
About: This 30-minute eLearning course was constructed in Articulate Storyline to educate employees nationwide in correct and current cost-saving measures involving recycling, including misconceptions, proper procedures, and malpractice. By correctly identifying used workplace items as recyclable or nonrecyclable and disposing of them with the most critically impactful public collection methods, workplaces can cut costs and conduct business more sustainably.
Target Audience: Nationwide Corporate Office, Warehouse, Freelance At-Home Office, and Mobile Office employees in direct contribution to waste receptacles in their local municipal environment.
Importance: This course was developed in Storyline due to the advanced animations, assessment functionalities, and diverse operations needed to accomplish user navigation, 3 topics sections, 2 knowledge checks, 1 dialogue scenario, and 1 trackable final assessment. A diverse series of question formats are used, along with narration within each topic and topic subset. While linked here, it would be published in a SCORM-compliant file for the host site’s preferred LMS.
Authoring Tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Pexels, Incorporated images are from both public domain and fair use storage files. Characters depicted were sourced from the Articulate 360 Library, while audio and narration was completed in WellSaid Labs.
